lately.

as of late:

i have the greatest hippie sociology professor with fantastic, huge, long hair.
i'm trying to convince john to grow out his hair but it's a no go.
(he tells me it doesn't grow long, just big. afro?)
john graduates with his BS in april.
he's going back for a second BS in something else. darn and yippee at the same time.
long story.
aubrey isn't an animal lover/extremist like me anymore. you can rest easy now mom. my one convert has apostatized. that's supposed to be funny.
i've discovered i'm a very shy person most of the time, but when i'm not, i turn into an obnoxious fool. which is worse? both? darn.

white.

i came across this washed out picture of me and john in our apartment in az. it makes me miss arizona and the wonderful heat. i can't remember a time before it was cold. i get so depressed in the winter.

ps. the more i look at this, the more it creeps me out.

what the???

aubrey served us at chilis even though she's a to-go girl so we tipped her more than our actual waitress. hopefully our waitress didn't put a pox upon us. although maybe THAT'S why we don't look our cheeriest. fishy.

john got me a new camera so we were the annoying couple taking thousands of pictures at the restaurant and in the theater before the movie started. i don't know what it is with us and holidays but this was our first valentines day we've celebrated.

i hope your valentines day was very happy.
